Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

Why Final Sale?
Final Sale items are often deeply discounted or limited in quantity. To maintain fairness and inventory accuracy, all purchases of these items are considered final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@massiandco.com
